Terms and Conditions
Effective: October 2026 · Last Updated: October 2026
Power Med LLC d/b/a PostZam • U.S. Based • Founded 2014
IMPORTANT: These Terms include provisions that limit our liability and, where permitted, require individual arbitration. Please read carefully before using TrackZam.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackZam website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Power Med LLC d/b/a PostZam ("TrackZam," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or connecting a platform account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Definitions
"Report Request" means the plain-English description of a report you ask TrackZam to produce, together with any options you choose.
"Platform Data" means the metrics, metadata, and other information TrackZam reads from a Third-Party Platform at your direction.
"Report" means any report, chart, figure, PDF, or export TrackZam produces from Platform Data in response to a Report Request.
"Third-Party Platform" means any social or advertising platform you connect to the Service, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
"Connected Account" means a Third-Party Platform account, page, channel, profile, or ad account you have authorized TrackZam to read.
"Brand Assets" means logos, names, colors, and similar material you supply for inclusion in your Reports.
"Platform-Separated Reporting" means TrackZam's rule that Platform Data from one Third-Party Platform is never combined, compared, or merged with Platform Data from another.
3. Eligibility and Access
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- You may connect only Connected Accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must have the right to let TrackZam read their Platform Data.
- You are responsible for all activity under your access to the Service and for keeping your Connected Accounts secure.
- Notify us at admin@postzam.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. The Service
TrackZam is a software service that produces social reporting from a plain-English Report Request. You describe the report you want; TrackZam reads the required Platform Data from your Connected Accounts through each platform's official API, performs the calculations, and renders the Report itself. TrackZam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any Third-Party Platform.
TrackZam reads; it never writes. TrackZam never posts, publishes, edits, deletes, likes, follows, or messages on your behalf, never scrapes, and never combines data across platforms. Each Report is produced from one platform's data under that platform's rules (Platform-Separated Reporting).
We do not control Third-Party Platforms, their availability, API changes, rate limits, data accuracy, or policy enforcement. We do not guarantee that Platform Data will be available, complete, or current, or that any Report will achieve any business outcome.
Policy Controls: Every acquisition, storage, calculation, display, and export TrackZam performs is checked against the policy rules TrackZam maintains for the relevant platform before it happens. When a rule, a platform policy change, or a safety control prevents a step, TrackZam stops that step, shows you the reason, and records the decision. TrackZam does not bypass these controls on request.
5. Connecting Third-Party Platforms
- You connect Connected Accounts to TrackZam using each platform's official authorization system.
- TrackZam requests read-only reporting scopes only, and reads only the fields a Report requires. We never request permission to post or modify anything.
- TrackZam stores the authorization tokens each platform issues so we can read Platform Data at your direction. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in logs, error messages, support tickets, or any user-facing screen.
- You can disconnect any platform at any time by revoking TrackZam's access in that platform's settings or by contacting support@postzam.com. Stored Platform Data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must comply with each platform's rules, including its developer and data-use terms as they apply to the Reports you receive. You may not use TrackZam to bypass platform rules or to obtain data you are not entitled to.
- Third-Party Platforms may change, limit, or revoke access at any time. TrackZam is not liable for interruptions caused by platform changes.
The platforms and API products TrackZam supports are Instagram (organic insights), Facebook Pages, Meta Ads, YouTube Data, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Display, TikTok Business, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, X (your own account's content and metrics), and X Ads.
YouTube API Services
TrackZam uses YouTube API Services to read YouTube Data and YouTube Analytics for the channels you connect. By using TrackZam to connect to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Your use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy. You can revoke TrackZam's access to your YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.
Step-by-step instructions for revoking TrackZam's access on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X are in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You will not:
- Violate any law, regulation, or court order
- Connect an account you do not own or are not authorized to manage
- Use the Service to scrape or harvest data from any Third-Party Platform, or to obtain Platform Data outside the official API authorization you granted
- Attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated or anonymized figures in a Report
- Use Reports in a way that violates the developer or data-use terms of the platform the data came from
- Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to any system
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with TrackZam's policy controls, kill switches, or audit records
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law
- Supply Brand Assets that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
7. AI-Assisted Interpretation and Your Responsibility
TrackZam may use an AI provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Gemini models) to help turn your Report Request into a structured report definition. The provider receives only a sanitized version of your request text and TrackZam's approved report vocabulary; it never receives Platform Data, metric values, account-specific findings, identifiers, or credentials. TrackZam validates the resulting definition against its policy rules before any data is read, and all calculations and rendering are performed by TrackZam, not by the AI provider. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Report Review — Your Responsibility: An interpreted request may not match what you intended. You must review each Report, including its stated data source, date range, and method, before relying on it or sharing it. TrackZam provides interpretation as a tool to assist you. You retain full responsibility for how you use Reports.
AI Disclaimer
AI-assisted interpretation is a tool to assist you. TrackZam makes no warranty that an interpreted Report Request will be accurate, complete, or what you intended.
8. Reports, Platform Data, and Your Responsibility
You retain all rights you hold in your Platform Data and Brand Assets. Reports are produced for you. Your use and sharing of Reports remain subject to the developer and data-use terms of the platform the data came from; some platforms restrict how their data may be shared with third parties, and you are responsible for complying with those restrictions.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to connect each Connected Account and to supply any Brand Assets.
TrackZam is not responsible for copies of Reports you download, export, or share. A deletion performed in TrackZam cannot recall copies already delivered outside the Service.
9. License to Operate the Service
You grant TrackZam a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, store, process, and display your Platform Data and Brand Assets solely as necessary to provide the Service, including producing the Reports you request.
This license ends when the data is deleted, except that we may retain limited copies for backups, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, together with audit records that identify what was deleted.
10. Intellectual Property and Suggestions
The Service — including software, design, text, graphics, the TrackZam name and logo, the policy rule corpus, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Power Med LLC d/b/a PostZam or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these Terms.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Service, you grant TrackZam a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without compensation.
11. Privacy and Data Security
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.
- All authorization tokens and connector credentials are encrypted at rest and never exposed in logs, error messages, or user-facing interfaces.
- Platform Data from different platforms is stored and processed separately and is never combined.
- TrackZam does not sell your personal data.
- We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for credentials. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
12. Audit Records and Transparency
TrackZam records every policy decision, approval, kill-switch action, and deletion in append-only, hash-chained audit ledgers. When a Report, or a step of a Report, cannot proceed, TrackZam shows the reason rather than substituting or fabricating data.
Each Report states its data source, date range, and method. The status of each platform is shown independently.
13. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
TrackZam respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement. Repeat infringers may have their access suspended or terminated. Copyright complaints should be submitted to admin@postzam.com and should include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also add or remove features, supported platforms, or integrations, including pausing an integration when a platform changes its policies or API access.
Some features may be labeled beta or preview and may be unstable or incomplete. Beta features are provided as-is.
TrackZam performs automated backups regularly and maintains reasonable recovery procedures. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
15. Support and Communications
TrackZam provides support by email at support@postzam.com. Please include a description of the issue and, where relevant, the platform and the Report concerned.
You consent to receive service-related communications (such as security alerts and policy updates) through the Service, or by email where you have given us an address.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or platform rules, your use poses security or legal risk, we are required to act by a platform, or you are engaging in fraud or abuse.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To have your Connected Accounts disconnected and your stored data deleted, revoke TrackZam's access at the platform or contact support@postzam.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution survive termination.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TRACKZAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TRACKZAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM WILL MAKE PLATFORM DATA AVAILABLE, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.
TRACKZAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-ASSISTED INTERPRETATION OF A REPORT REQUEST WILL MATCH YOUR INTENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING EACH REPORT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
REPORTS ARE INFORMATIONAL. TRACKZAM DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR ADVERTISING ADVICE, AND A REPORT IS NOT A STATEMENT THAT ANY USE OF PLATFORM DATA SATISFIES A PLATFORM'S TERMS.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKZAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrackZam, Power Med LLC, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your Connected Accounts, your Platform Data, your Brand Assets, your use of Reports, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules before a single arbitrator in Pinellas County, Florida.
YOU AND TRACKZAM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent preempted by federal law. Where arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
22. Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. embargo, or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
23. Assignment
TrackZam may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without TrackZam's prior written consent.
24. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrackZam regarding the Service.
25. Updates to These Terms
TrackZam may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and announced in the Service with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
